Tuesday through Thursday 8:30a -8:30pm. Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm. Sundays 10:00am-5:00pm
 
Cancellation Policy
Should a cancellation be necessary, please be aware that all single services require a 24 hour cancellation. Multiple services and packages require a 48 hour notice. If notification is not received in a timely manner, a cancellation fee will be charged. As a courteously to our staff failure to arrive for an appointment will result in a charge for the time reserved.
 
Arrival

Your promptness is appreciated. Please arrive at least 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled spa services. This will allow time for a leisurely check-in, change of clothes, a steam shower and a few quiet moments to relax before your treatment.

In an effort to maintain the serenity of the spa experience, we ask that you mute all cell phones and beepers upon arrival.

For your protection, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles. We request that you leave all jewelry and valuables at home.

For your convenience, we provide lockers for personal items, changing rooms, steam showers, towels, robes, slippers and grooming essentials.
 
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the cost of your service and are greatly appreciated.
 
Children
As a courtesy to our adult guests and to preserve the quiet atmosphere, children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the spa.
 
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice.
LUSH Day Spa is a non-smoking facility.
 
The Level System
Our staff works on a multi level pricing system, which measures experience and years of dedication. Those at a higher level are in high demand and are often educators and lecturers.
